Do you offer custom with my logo ? Yes we do and we create a SVG file with your logo so that we can stamp work with your details on it. there is a set up charge of $25 for this. We will hold the file and physical stamp with us for your work.
Do you ship Australia wide? Yes we do and postage is set at $25 We offer free drop off in the Pakenham, Berwick or Narre Warren area. (Minimum of $500 order).
Are there minimums? Yes there is. You will be required to order 2 of each item and minimums of $200 per order or more.
Is there a time frame? Yes, making pottery is a long process and that means long waiting times of 8-10 weeks.
How do I order? You can message me on social media (insta or Tiktok is best or email mypinkpottery@gmail.com. Once we have details we will send you out an invoice through our website for you to view. Order invoices are valid for 7 days only. Once full payment is made we will start the process and give you updates of timeframes.
Can you make products if I send images? We ask for a sample of what you like but we do not copy other artists work (we can create something similar but that is creatively ours. We do not reproduce any items that are trademarks or brands.
